Remember, the boss will not thank you for saving a few pounds, by transferring food in the back of a car or taxi to another store/restaurant, when they are stood in court being prosecuted by the Food Standards Agency or the local Environmental Health Officer – it could kill the brand.

Cars and taxis are not temperature controlled, once the cold chain has been broken at best your product is compromised and no longer giving its best. At worst it could be a health hazard to consumers, leading to prosecution of those involved.
